Sea-water provides a three-way action that works wonders for our health. It contains almost a hundred mineral salts (Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium…) and trace elements (Zinc, Iron, Fluorine, Iodine...) that are vital to the organism.
The lift you get from sea-water facilitates body movement and soothes the joints. Last but not least, heated sea-water helps to regulate the blood flow and procures relaxation.

Get away to authentic Brittany:

• Explore the islands, set sail for Jersey, Guernsey or Sark for some British-style shopping
• Mont Saint Michel: well worth the trip and visit while in Dinard.
• Typical Breton villages: stop-off at Cancale to discover the oyster farms, stroll around the ramparts of Saint Malo, go on to the medieval town of Dinan and Bécherel, the town of books.
• Hop onto a boat and discover the Rance river lined by all the colourful gardens of a huge marine estate built by the boat-builders of Saint Malo in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Sport comes naturally

Water sports hold pride of place on the coast (sailing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing and canoeing). The coast is also lined with paths and smuggler’s trails. Breathe and enjoy the fresh air of Brittany.

On site or in the vicinity, try your hand at tennis, mountain biking, sand-yachting, horse-riding and the very authentic Dinard golf course, laid out in the dunes in 1887 by the British. Finally, make date in October 2010 with the Route du Rhum yacht race.
