Active marine agents
Sea air, vivifying and bracing, is reputed for its anti-stress and revitalizing action.
Sea-water provides a three-way action that works wonders for our health. It contains almost a hundred mineral salts (Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium…) and trace elements (Zinc, Iron, Fluorine, Iodine...) that are vital to the organism. The lift you get from sea-water facilitates body movement and soothes the joints. Last but not least, heated sea-water helps to regulate the blood flow and procures relaxation.
Sea-plants are real concentrates of minerals and trace elements. When applied to the body, warm wraps of sea-plants give pure moments of relaxation.
Our therapy programmes are prepared with our thalassotherapy experts according to your needs and subject to availability.
Culture & Discovery
Pedalling along a forest path, stretching out on the beach listening to the waves or sitting in on conferences to learn about healthy diets… On our site and with our partners, we are proud to present a wide range of recreational, sports and cultural entertainment in the middle of nature on the Oleron island.
Regional produce
With some 70 kilometres of coastline, the island feeds on a wide variety of fish and shell-fish from the sea, including the famous Marennes-Oleron oysters. Facing the island, the Charente-Maritime region boasts a wealth of gourmet treasures, including renowned Limousin beef, local wines, Pineau des Charentes fortified wine and of course cognac.
